We love ABC!! Both my daughters talk about Dr. Sam and ask when they get to go back. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend them not only for kids, but adults too.

I am very dissatisfied with several aspects of my family’s experience with this office: 1. During today’s visit, a new toothbrush from my son’s goodie bag was used in his mouth to demonstrate brushing after a plaque-disclosing solution was applied. The used toothbrush was then placed back into its original packaging and returned to us. This seemed unhygienic and inappropriate. 2. During several recent visits, we have been told that we have an outstanding balance for a cleaning. Only after I questioned the charge did the staff confirm that the claim needed to be resubmitted to insurance and that we should disregard the balance. I am concerned that patients may pay incorrect balances if they do not question them. 3. Last year, I received a crown without being informed in advance of my estimated out-of-pocket cost. After the procedure, I was charged approximately $1,400 because the insurance company reportedly did not accept the documentation submitted for coverage. I was required to pay the entire amount at once, without being offered a payment plan. My daughter had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! The dentist and dental assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with her from start to finish. They made her feel comfortable, safe, and at ease throughout the entire visit. It was clear that they are highly trained and experienced in working with children. They took the time to explain everything in a way my daughter could understand, and their professionalism and knowledge really stood out. Seeing my daughter leave the office smiling and without fear meant so much to me. I highly recommend this dental team to any parent looking for compassionate, skilled care for their child!

Dr. B and her entire team took exceptional care of my son, Juancho. They were patient, gentle, and incredibly understanding throughout his visit. It’s not always easy when a child is scared or not feeling well, but they handled him with so much compassion that he felt safe the whole time. Their professionalism, kindness, and the way they explained everything clearly truly stood out. I’m very grateful for the time they took and the genuine care they showed. As a mother of a child with unique needs, I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Hill and her team. They are patient, kind, and truly accommodating, which has made such a difference in my daughter’s experience. She’s made amazing progress becoming comfortable with dental visits, and that means everything to us. I highly recommend this practice!
